Data Tokenization

Data tokenization is an essential security feature.

Data tokenization is designed to protect sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, by transforming it into a highly secure and unreadable form. Tokenization replaces sensitive data with a unique identifier, or token, that cannot be reverse-engineered to reveal the original data. This means that our GhostDrive users can store and use customer data without the risk of a data breach. By using data tokenization, our enterprise-level customers can protect their customers' data and comply with data privacy regulations.

What is Tokenization?

Tokenization is the token generation process and attaching to the tokenization object. A unique token URL is generated and it can be used to share. You can tokenize files and folders. During tokenization should be gas fee paid.

*Gas fee - in transactions where calling a contract would incur a gas fee, the fee is approximately 0.007 (Matic or BNB)

What is the benefit of tokenization? Data tokenization helps to ensure the security of decentralized cloud storage systems by making it difficult for hackers to access the data without authorization. It does this by replacing sensitive data with randomly-generated tokens, making it virtually impossible for the data to be retrieved without the correct token. This means that data is secure even if the cloud storage system is compromised, as the data is stored in an unreadable form. Additionally, data tokenization also helps to reduce the risk of data breaches and other malicious activities, as the data is not stored in its original form, making it difficult for hackers to access.

Through GhostDrive's data tokenization feature, users become the true owner of their digital resources because data tokenization enables permanent access to resources, data, and applications.
